Automotive Glass RTV Silicone Sealant is an environmentally friendly organic silicon material that reacts chemically with water molecules in the air and solidifies from the outside in a high-performance adhesive sealant designed specifically for car front and side window windshields; Mainly used in automobile manufacturing and maintenance for the bonding, sealing, installation, and fixation of car front and side window windshields.

Product performance
1) Temperature resistance range: -50 ℃~+150 ℃, effectively maintaining stable sealing.
2) Excellent weather resistance, UV resistance, ozone resistance, rain resistance, and resistance to vibration and impact.
3) The product is neutral, environmentally friendly, low odor, solvent-free, and can be applied without black primer. It has no corrosion to the construction surface.
4) Has good compatibility with polyurethane adhesive.

Usage Methods
1) Pay attention to good ventilation when using.
2) Construction environment: temperature 4 ℃~40 ℃, humidity<60%.
3) Before use, please clean the surface of the substrate and keep it dry to remove oil stains, rust, and old sealing materials before using this product.
4) Use a screwdriver or other tool to open the mouth of the glue stick, cut the glue stick into a triangle (as shown in Figure 1), tighten it on the mouth of the glue stick, remove the bottom of the glue stick, take out the drying ball, and install it into the glue gun; If using a robotic arm to apply glue, adjust the trajectory of the robotic arm;
5) Use a glue gun to extrude the glue and apply it to the glue coated area of the car window frame or glass. The shape of the glue strip should be triangular, with a bottom edge width of about 10mm and a height of 12-14mm (as shown in Figure 2);
6) Squeeze out the adhesive and apply it to the bonding area before proceeding with the next installation operation.
Attention
1) Store and transport as general chemicals, away from children.
2) This product is not particularly harmful, but avoid direct contact with the eyes when using it; If accidentally touched, rinse immediately with water.
Security and storage

2) Storage conditions: temperature 5 ℃~30 ℃, humidity<55%, storage period of 12 months.
Transport
1) Mode of transportation: Air, sea, rail, road.
2) Packing method: Packing box.
3) Transportation precautions: Check whether the packaging container is complete and sealed before transportation, and ensure that the container does not leak, collapse, fall, or damage during transportation. It is strictly prohibited to mix with oxidants and edible chemicals. The carrier must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, otherwise no other goods can be loaded. During transportation, rain and high temperature should be avoided, and the installation location should be far away from the bedroom and kitchen, and isolated from the engine room, power supply, fire source and other parts.
